In 2020, we introduced our new Quality Extension Review process where a Configura quality assurance analyst reviews a new Extension before it is released to the Marketplace. As global head of quality assurance, Geok Chin Koh leads her team in delivering high-quality software solutions and a seamless user experience for our CET community.
